Design concept: The project concept is to design a building that collects the history, identity and culture of the Thai capital through architecture and the movement of visitors. It is designed to be viewed from one event to another and viewers can freely select the content they want to view.

The concept of building form design is designed through the concept of "Time, Water and Way of Life" by interpreting that the Chao Phraya River is the main heart of economic development and the livelihood of the people of Rattanakosin since the past. The form of Circulations is derived from the interpretation of the word time to take visitors to see the way of life of Bangkokians, or to travel through time to see the way of life. This project can be compared to a time machine of Bangkok.
