Jomtien Beach Hotel Project (Jomtien, Beach Hotel)

The rapid city development of Pattaya as a secondary ideal investment next to Bangkok with three main factors including travel around Bangkok, good profits of CBD, and the number of tourists/workers in Pattaya that primarily requires rental for stay. "Pattaya" is a highly-invested urban platform compared to other provinces of the same tourist destinations. The area of the central development is emerging rapidly and developed further into Jomtien Beach. Economic and tourism development, Jomtien Beach Hotel Project is a place to meet businessmen and groups of leisure travelers. The approach to this project must have a concept that responds to many building and target users who want to use the business management project in accordance with the land and environment in relation to users, services, and the feasibility of marketing. Understanding the process with entire analysis, began to research the information, to define the details of the design project. Hotel Business Operation Trend of Hotel Investment has possibility of investing private financial marketing and various sources of loans, which contributes to the understanding of hotel business that leads to an efficient development of both investment and private investors. The details of the hotel project are based on the study, view, analysis, design and understanding of the behavior in the design and positioning of the components of the building in line with the recognition and use of people to organize the construction of the building, efficiency, economy, beauty, as well as the relationship between the physical nature and environmental impacts.
