Prof. Pipat Saksirikasemkul and Prof. Kamolporn Rungsang, along with a team of students from the College of Architecture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, are preparing to present community products from Wat Sawat Waree Simaram at the event “Realm of Flavor: Inspiring the Future of Global Tourism and Hospitality,” scheduled for May 14, 2025, at the 50th Anniversary Chalermprakiat Building, Mahawachiralongkorn Building, Suan Dusit University.
The products to be showcased are the result of an academic service project carried out by the College of Architecture in collaboration with the Wat Sawat Waree Simaram community. The project aims to develop and enhance local products to increase their value and competitiveness at the national level.
This participation is coordinated by the Institute for Research and Development, which is part of a collaborative network supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation.
The “Realm of Flavor” event aims to promote tourism and hospitality through the dimensions of food, local ingredients, and cultural innovation. It features exhibitions and panel discussions with participation from leading universities and community networks to exchange knowledge.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s involvement reflects the important role of higher education institutions in driving intellectual power toward sustainable community development.
