On May 14, 2025, the Faculty of Architecture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), led by Asst. Prof. Phiphat Saksirikesaemkul and Lect. Kamonporn Rungsang joined the event “Realm of Flavor: Inspiring the Future of Global Tourism and Hospitality” held at the 50th Anniversary Building of Suan Dusit University.

The exhibited products were developed through an academic service project in collaboration with Wat Sawatwareesimaram Community, aimed at enhancing and modernizing local products while maintaining their cultural identity. Uniquely, community members themselves were present at the booth to present and share insights with visitors, generating great interest and engagement.

“Realm of Flavor” is an event designed to promote tourism and hospitality through the lens of food culture, local ingredients, and cultural innovation. It features exhibitions and knowledge-sharing forums with participation from leading universities and community networks across Thailand.

This participation was supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, with coordination by the Institute of Research and Development, as part of a collaborative network to empower communities through knowledge-based development.

The Faculty of Architecture at SSRU remains committed to integrating teaching, research, and academic services to sustainably uplift local communities and promote creative, knowledge-driven development.
