Mother’s Day Activity 2025

On 12 August 2025, the Faculty of Architecture, SSRU, joined the Mother’s Day celebration at Wat Sawaadwaree Simaram community. Lecturers and student representatives took part in creative workshops — making Mother’s Day cards and painting tote bags — as heartfelt gifts to mothers and loved ones.

The activity aimed to promote gratitude, love, and family bonding, while also enhancing artistic and creative skills among children in the community. Led by Ajarn Phiphat Saksirikasemkul, the program reflected the integration of Thai cultural values with the principles of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Goal 3: Good health and well-being

Goal 4: Quality education

Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production

Goal 16: Peace, justice, and strong institutions

This initiative not only celebrated love and gratitude but also served as a platform for students to recognize their role in preserving Thai values while embracing sustainable development. It highlighted the balance between cultural heritage, creativity, and lifelong learning — nurturing graduates with knowledge, competence, and strong moral values.
