Participation in the 28th–29th Council of Deans of Architecture Schools of Thailand Meeting

On 16 December 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Suriyan Chantrasaeng, Dean of the College of Architecture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the 28th–29th Council of Deans of Architecture Schools of Thailand Meeting, held at the Faculty of Architecture, Silpakorn University (Wang Tha Phra Campus), Bangkok.

The meeting was officially reported by Associate Professor Dr. Apiradee Kasemsuk, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Chairperson of the Council of Deans of Architecture Schools of Thailand (28th–29th term). The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Thanaset Ngaohirunpat, President of Silpakorn University, who also delivered welcoming remarks.

The event was further honored by the presence of Mr. Songphot Saisueb, Secretary-General of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage, who attended the meeting as a representative of the professional organization. The meeting received strong participation and cooperation from deans, associate deans, representatives, and faculty members from over 30 architecture-related higher education institutions across Thailand.

The meeting provided a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas, and sharing of experiences related to architectural education management, research, and professional practice, as well as deliberation on policies, strategic directions, and inter-institutional collaboration. These efforts aim to enhance the quality of education, professional development, and the implementation of academic projects and activities in alignment with the rapidly changing social context.
