AYDA Thailand 2025 Roadshow by Nippon Paint

An important event for 3rd–5th year Interior Architecture students, who participated in the Asia Young Designer Awards (AYDA) Roadshow, organized by Nippon Paint Thailand.

This year’s theme is:

“CONVERGE: Crafting Cultural Legacies”

Creating the future through designs that reflect cultural heritage.

Design is not just about creating something new.

It is about connecting the past and the future through heritage—understanding community lifestyles, needs, and values to create works that are meaningful, use appropriate materials, and reflect the identity of a place, inspiring both current and future generations.

Students also had the honor of learning from Khun Pruesathorn Sakultai (P’ Oo) of PIA Interior, a national judge of AYDA Thailand, who shared his ideas, inspiration, and design techniques, and gave close guidance to help students prepare for the international stage.

This activity was integrated into the Interior Architecture Design course, allowing students to learn beyond the classroom, practice critical thinking, and prepare for competitions that empower young designers to showcase their potential across Asia.
