Assistant Professor Dr. Suriyan Chansawang, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, together with the executive team, faculty members, and academic support staff, attended a personnel meeting to receive the University’s personnel management policy for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting was held at the Health and Sports Center Building, 4th Floor.

The meeting was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Ruedee Kirdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, who delivered the policy address under the theme “The New Paradigm of Suan Sunandha: From KPI to OKR.”

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presented the University’s operational direction and strategic adjustments aimed at responding to change and strengthening readiness for the future.

In addition, special lectures were delivered by

Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanaphat on the topic “Enhancing Learning Experiences through Professional Standards to Develop Quality Workforce,” and

Associate Professor Dr. Witthaya Mekkham on “Transforming Performance Indicators to OKRs to Drive University Rankings.”
